The first creation of the label bleu is an artbook by J.J. Zana composed of aphorisms and short prose that required a collective process and aimed to create a cross–genre object at the intersection of design and literature. The object has been conceived and printed in geneva, Switzerland, by Alan Bolumar and Che Huber. They used lead–printing for the cover, offset printing for the pages, and a thread–sewn binding technique. The text itslef is a hybrid, fragmentary writing based on the theories of art and desire (or madness) that breaks, or intents to break the concept of genre — and gender.
